Mini Ninja: (ages 3-5)

In this basic obstacle inspired class your child will learn the proper techniques for jumping, running, climbing, and balancing in a safe encouraging environment. This class is designed to build confidence and strength in your child and will help to establish a "can-do" attitude.

Kids NINJA/O.C.R.: (ages 6-12)

Obstacle course training inspired by American Ninja Warrior and traditional OCR racing. In this class your child will get the opportunity to train along side of real American Ninja Warriors while learning the fundamentals of obstacle course racing.


Friday: 6pm-7pm

Advanced Class: Invitation Only

Homeschool NINJA Fitness Camp

In this 6 week Program, the Obstacle Training Academy (OTA) will teach your child the fundamentals of fitness using American Ninja Warrior style obstacles.

Come learn how to be a NINJA, and train with a real competitor from the show American Ninja Warrior, Jedi Markowski (Season 7)

------------CAMP WILL INCLUDE:----------

-Physical activities such as: push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, sit ups, QMs, running etc.

-Hands on training using replicas of obstacles from ANW Jr. and ANW 

-Skill progressions including: hanging, swinging, striding, jumping, rope climbing, rope swing tech, landings, precisions, etc  

-Balance Training:  beginner, intermediate

This 6 week program is perfect for parents with homeschool kids and young children that are looking to have fun and stay active even during the winter months. At the Obstacle Training Academy (OTA) we use fitness techniques inspired by the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior to get people of all ages moving. Come train like a ninja.

ANW Jr. Clinic #2


Saturday 9am-10am Drop In Rate:$25

Classes will be Saturdays March 16th, 23rd, 30th, April6th, 13th, and 20th between the hours of  9-10am. This clinic is designed for kids ages 9-14 (also kids age 8 that will be age 9 by June 2019 ). The age to compete on the show is 9 - 14 years old. 

Come learn the application process for American Ninja Warrior Jr., and train with real competitors from the show American Ninja Warrior (Jedi Markowski) and American Ninja Warrior Jr.  (Peyton Sherrill)

           In this six week program, the Obstacle Training Academy will walk your child through every phase of the application process for American Ninja Warrior Jr.

-DIGITAL Action Photos and Video that can be used for the online application 

-Insight into what to expect when filling out the online application and applying to the show.

Come alone or bring the family and come play on some obstacles with us. In this class you will have the free time to practice any skills you want along side of our trained coaching staff.

Ladies OTA FIT

OTA FIT: (ages 16+)

This is a 6 week fitness challenge designed for the busy woman who has a crazy schedule, but still would love to have the motivation/support of a coach and community. In this 6 week program, OTA Certified coach Kristen Latorre will be instructing High Intensity Bootcamp style workouts in a group setting. The classes are designed to help you lose weight, build core strength, get back into shape and have more energy. In this class you will be doing all types of functional movement including body weight exercise, calisthenics, running, and obstacle training. Bootcamps are Saturdays between 12-1pm on April 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, May 4th, and 11th. In addition to the in person classes, each participant will be added to a private Facebook workout group. This program will include workout challenges that can be completed at home. Kristen will be  guiding all of the fitness challenges in person and online.

Obstacle Training

Obstacle Training: (ages 6+)

Obstacle training fundamentals and skill progressions. In this class you will learn the basics and progressive skills of obstacle training all while gaining strength, body control and spacial awareness. Come jump on some obstacles and play like a kid again.
