In this basic obstacle inspired class your child will learn the proper techniques for jumping, running, climbing, and balancing in a safe encouraging environment. This class is designed to build confidence and strength in your child and will help to establish a "can-do" attitude.
Starting November 9th
Friday: 5:15pm- 6pm
Obstacle course training inspired by American Ninja Warrior and traditional OCR racing. In this class your child will get the opportunity to train along side of real American Ninja Warriors while learning the fundamentals of obstacle course racing.
Saturday: 9am-10am- Starting 11/7
Advanced Class: Invitation Only
Obstacle training fundamentals and skill progressions. In this class you will learn the basics and progressive skills of obstacle training all while gaining strength, body control and spacial awareness. Come jump on some obstacles and play like a kid again.
Come alone or bring the family and come play on some obstacles with us. In this class you will have the free time to practice any skills you want along side of our trained coaching staff.

High intensity boot camp style workouts In a group setting. This class designed to help you lose weight, build core strength, get in shape and have more energy. In this class you will be doing all types of functional movement including bodyweight exercise, calisthenics, running and obstacle training.
